Training session: Digital Education in Higher Education – Characteristics, Opportunities, and Challenges of Digital Education
From February 4 to 6, 2025, within the framework of the Erasmus+ CBHE project PRODIGE (PROmoting high-quality DIGital Education in Georgia), a three-day training session was held on the topic: Digital Education in Higher Education – Characteristics, Opportunities, and Challenges of Digital Education. The training series took place at Caucasus University and was attended by representatives of consortium member higher education institutions. The sessions were led by representatives of Tallinn University of Technology.
The PRODIGE project is a three-year structural reform initiative aimed at facilitating the implementation of high-quality digital education (DE) in Georgia. The project is supported by the Estonian Quality and International Accreditation Agency and a network of universities. It involves the Ministry of Education, Science, and Youth of Georgia, the National Center for Educational Quality Enhancement, ten Georgian higher education institutions, and partner educational institutions from Belgium, Estonia, Spain, and Croatia. The project is coordinated by EFMD.
